Mendota Mdewakanton Dakota Community 10th Traditional Pow Wow. September 10, 2009

The Mendota people would like to invite you to our10th Traditional Pow Wow at St Peter's Church. A Pow Wow is a Native American Social Event. Dancing, Singing, Drumming. The Drums are the heart beat of the Pow Wow. Lots of good food. Many different vendors with unique gifts to buy.
The Pow Wow is open to the public. We will have a live eagle this year. Bring the family, let the kids see an eagle up close, even get a picture with the eagle. Hope to see you there. Bring lawn chairs. NO DRUGS, ALCOHOL, FIREARMS, or Pets. Accepting Donations
