Michele Cannon,
M.S.W., P.P.S. is a Protective Services Worker for the County of San Diego, working as a child abuse investigator for the Medically Fragile and Deaf Services Unit. She has worked in the field of mental health for the previous eleven years and has worked with the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community in a clinical capacity since September of 1999. Prior to her current position, Michele has worked in various roles serving as a therapist, researcher, advocate, and clinical case manager with a primary emphasis in working with traumatized and depressed children and their families.
