In celebration of the 10-year anniversary of the founding of Jumbalaya at the 700 Club (Seattle’s longest live improv night), Laura "Piece" Kelley Jahn brings a revitalization of Seattle’s infamous Jackson Street after hours scene to 88 Keys for a middle of the week working class celebration. Piece’s Queenz Ransom Septet House Band is loaded with many familiar Seattle faces. This Live After Hours Jazz and Poetry Show hosts a wide variety of local jazz artists and styles, past and present, with a special emphasis on avant-garde experimental jazz & free improvisation.
