Michelob Craft Beer Dinner October 13, 2009

On Tuesday, October 13 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Blanchards West Roxbury will host a spectacular 5-course beer and food paring. This will feature dishes prepared by local caterers Seasons Catering and beer from Michelob’s Craft line.

First Course: Amber Bock; Roasted butternut squash soup with fresh chives and hazelnut infused oil
Second Course: Shock Top; Panko crusted fried goat cheese on top mixed greens tossed with an orange-honey vinaigrette
Third Course: Marzen; Smoked salmon on top Yukon gold potato cake with dill yogurt and fresh red onions
Fourth Course: Pale Ale; Tenderloin of beef au Poivre served with Roquefort, and asparagus
Fifth Course: Jacks PumpkinSpice Ale; Profiteroles filled with pumpkin mousse and served with cranberry-vanilla compote
