The Event Management accelerator from Microsoft adds a number of features into CRM to help you manage events as marketing campaigns, but what can the accelerator really do, and how do you use it? This training will cover the functionality added to CRM by the Event Management accelerator, including how to set up and track information about events, how registrants are organized, and some reporting options available with the accelerator. We will even take a look at the portal component to show you how events can be exposed on a website and allow people to register themselves.
