MIKE HAMILTON in CONCERT October 11, 2008

Mike has now recorded two solo CD's and his music has been described as; "a skillful combination of rhythm & blues, pop, funk and contemporary jazz..." by Kenneth Yarbough of Boston's WUMB-FM. Hamilton was a part of the house band for the Viacom network late night show "Live from LA" and has been interviewed on Boston Mosaic, the BET show "Jazz Scene" as well as featured interviews on the show "Live from L.A.". Hamilton has been featured at the Boston Globe Jazz festival and the Santa Barbara Jazz festival as well as writing scores as diverse as music for Hollywood theater, to music for health care commercials and children's daycare centers. Mike has appeared with such artists as: James Brown, Tyrese, Isaac Hayes, Joe, Ronnie Jordan, Dave Hollister, Carl Thomas, Jonathan Butler, Phil Perry, Avante and Sparkle. Mike currently resides in Massachusetts where he writes and produces music for Film, Television, and Theater.
