1. Gentle Yoga
2. Nature of mind and how breathing helps
3. Learn one take home practise of Pranayama (breathing technique)
4. Guided Meditation
5. Talk about "Sudarshan Kriya", a breathing technique that incorporates the natural rhythm of breath
