Miss Black and Gold Scholarship Pageant December 10, 2008

The Theta Beta Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. presents it's 8th annual Miss Black and Gold Scholarship Pageant. The pageant allow a young woman to display her passion for community service as well as her confidence. The pageant is all ages.
