Colorado Chinese News, ABIDOOO.COM, and the Asian Pacific Business Journal are proud to present the Miss Colorado Asian-Pacific American Pageant, based on the principle that our world depends upon the leadership qualities of today’s youth and women.
The mission of the Miss Colorado Asian-Pacific American Pageant is to embrace the diverse Asian culture with beauty. The main goal is to help Asian American women increase their cultural awareness and nurture them to be future leaders. By embracing the beauty of the Asian culture, the pageant captures the beauty and pride of Asian-American women.
The Pageant allows Asian-American women, between the ages 18-25 (on the Pageant date), to honor and celebrate themselves, their culture, and their intelligence, so that they can be seen in positive and inspiring roles. The Pageant also serves as a platform for them to shed light on issues that young Asian-American women face today. With this in mind, the Pageant provides the atmosphere for young Asian-American women to challenge them to be their best and reward them for their efforts.
The Pageant’s aim is to arouse community-minded interests in all generations of Asian-Americans to form a special bond that strengthens and unites families. Not only will the Pageant preserve the beauty and culture of Asian-Americans, it will also introduce the new-aged culture developed and embraced by younger Asian-Americans.

This will be an exciting evening showcasing exceptional beauty, diversity and talent. Additionally expect other outstanding performances from a world renowned Taiwanese Dance Troupe.
