Join us for weekly drop-in meditation classes. All classes begin with a simple guided meditation exercise to reduce stress, tension, and distractions.This meditation is followed by a short talk on how to apply meditation practice in daily life. This may include topics such as improving relationships, gaining peace of mind, learning to love, and dealing with anger. Finally, there is a question and answer session, followed by a closing guided meditation designed to help us gain deeper experience of the subject of the class.
Weekly classes are held in Bellingham, Anacortes, Mt. Vernon, and LaConner.
