Anytime Fitness is Hosting a new fitness challenge to give people Momentum in their weight loss, weight management or strength training program.
Momentum Bootcamp, an outdoor bootcamp group fitness challenge will commence on April 5th and continue through the summer. The one-day kickoff event is $20 to attend (pre-registration is required) and the Momentum Bootcamp course is available 3 days a week as an ongoing training resource. Momentum Bootcamp features high octane strength, core, cardio and resistance style training that produces results!
