Music City Nights LIVE! salutes the American Veteran in Song

On April 1st Music City Nights LIVE! will be presenting a special night of music dedicated to the American Soldier and Veteran. We are honored to announce Country legend, Stonewall Jackson will headline an evening of music that pays tribute to the American soldier and veteran. Joining Stonewall Jackson is Francis Edwards from Sydney, Australia, who has returned to the music industry arena with a new album 'Vietnam Dreamscape,' a 14 original song fundraising CD for the Vietnam Veterans Association. The album has been chosen as the official USA commemorative CD to mark the establishment of America's first ever Vietnam Veteran's Day on March 29th 2008. Music City Nights LIVE! will unite legendary country with the fresh southern rock, pop and country sounds of three of today’s most promising up and comers in a patriotic tribute to our American Soldiers.



This presentation of Music City Nights LIVE! will benefit Operation Stand Down. Since 1993 Operation Stand Down has helped the community re-establish ties with the American veteran, providing homeless veterans with a wide range of necessities including food, clothing, medical, and legal assistance, job counseling, and referrals.

Music City Nights LIVE! is a new weekly event dedicated to bringing the finest performers in Nashville to the stage for an evening of intimate performances, with an Austin City Limits feel. Every Tuesday, Music City Nights LIVE! opens our stage to a cross genre of music at the former, historical Café Milano at 174 3rd Avenue. During the last five weeks Music City Nights LIVE! has welcomed Emerson Hart from Tonic, Tony Lopinski from Train, Two Foot Fred, Courtney Jaye, Will Champlin & Rio Grand; along with the best up and comers in Nashville. It is our goal to preserve the heritage of the music that has been and will be birthed in Nashville, Music City of the world.
