The Granville Civic Theatre presents this play adapted from the best-selling novel by Daphne du Maurier. This enchanting story takes place in great house in Cornwall which has been inherited by young Philip Ashley after the death of his beloved Uncle. His uncle had gone to Rome, married an Italian widow named Rachel and then mysteriously died. When Rachel comes to stay with Philip he quickly falls for her charms. But Philip soon falls ill and starts to wonder if Rachel may have something to do with it. The audience is sure to love the mystery, intrigue and famous twist ending.
