Ashtanga yoga taught in the traditional Mysore style of South India. All people are welcome, even absolute beginners.
Students work on-on-one with the instructor to develop a personal practice which incorporates asana, breathing, and enhanced life skills.
Students may arrive for class any time between 6:45 and 9am as long as they are finished by 9:30am.
Beginners should arrive before 8:30am.
