New Year's Eve Dinner and Wii Like Dom Celebration at Americano December 31, 2008

Executive Chef Paul Arenstam presents a four-course prix fixe dinner menu in Americano’s dining room on New Year’s Eve. Menu highlights include Heirloom Chicories with Meyer Lemon, Shaved Fennel and Oil Cured Olives, Potato Gnocchi with Black Trumpet Mushrooms and Parmesan Cream, Grilled Pacific Prawns with Citrus Risotto and Mascarpone, and the special Dessert Trio Sampler 2009. Cost is $75 per person.

At the New Year's Eve Wii Like Dom celebration in the Americano Lounge, the festivities include Motown music and dancing with DJ Apollo and Mauricio spinning the tunes, two giant screen Wii stations set up for playing, celebratory glass of Dom Perignon 1999 and the best views of the fireworks from the heated tent on Americano’s patio. Cost is $60 presale, $75 at the door, $25 for dinner guests and free for hotel guests.
