We will start the forum with two interactive workshops, on letter writing campaigns and education, which might of interest to anyone interested in getting more involved in their own communities or in further developing their organizations work. The panel discussion will feature representatives from nonprofits and NGOs working on diverse human rights issues. Representatives from Amnesty International Japan and The International Movement Against All forms of Discrimination and Racism will be joined by others working on other rights issues. This will be followed by an action session where panelists and participants will have time to do some type of concrete activity like signing a petition or writing a letter.
