Get familiar with all the ways your Nikon digital camera can make it simpler for you to take great images. Learn basic layout, camera care, different exposure modes, white balance for vivid color, along with how to choose the appropriate file type and size. Class instructor Jennifer Walker will talk about lens filters, in-camera image optimizing, histograms and metadata.
There will be plenty of space to take notes on your class hand-out and time to ask questions. Before you attend class, get out your instruction manual and learn the basics about your camera’s buttons and menus, as well as aperture and shutter fundamentals. Bring your camera to class so you can explore the functions discussed.
The class meets Saturday, February 28th from 9 to 4 PM in the classroom at F-11 Photographic Supplies and will include an opportunity to practice what you learn by shooting some images.
The class is $129.99 if you purchased a Nikon camera from F-11 in the past year, $149.99 if not. Pre-registration is required. Register and learn about this and other F-11 workshops when you stop by the store at 16 East Main in historic downtown Bozeman, visit www.f11photo.com or call 406-586-3281
