Noah’s Pudding (Asure) Day Celebration with "Best Asure Competition" and more!

Noah’s Pudding (or Asurah/ Aşure) is a special dessert served in Turkey as a symbol of sharing the joy of the landing of the Noah’s Ark. Every year at this time of year thousands of cups of Noah’s pudding is served to family and friends.
