Ogden Concert Band August 30, 2009

The Ogden Concert Band was formed in 1993 by executive order of the mayor of Ogden City. Under the direction of Dr. Thomas Root, the band plays traditional concert band music by the likes of Copland, Gould, Bernstein, Webber, Williams and Holst, as well as Sousa marches, patriotic songs, show tunes and movie themes. This concert is part of Davis Arts Council's Free Sunday Night Concert Series.
