One Night Stand Up Comedy Night Returns to the Gavilan Theater October 17, 2009

What: One Night Stand Up Comedy Night, a mixture of professional and amateur comedians, returns to the Gavilan College Theater. The show will be headlined by Sal Calanni, who has performed all over the Bay Area including the Punch Line Comedy Club, Cobb’s Comedy Club, the San Jose Improv and the Sea Biscuit.
The night will be hosted by Greg Smith, a Gavilan College student who won the Spring 09 Comedy Workshop, and performed in our show last year. As a result, he’s been invited to perform at The Improv in San Jose.
Comedy Workshop and Audition: Would you like to perform on the show? If you have 5 minutes of material you can audition for Saturday's performance. Come to the Gavilan College Theater on Friday, October 16th at 6:00 PM to audition and learn the ins and outs of stand up comedy.

When: Saturday, Oct. 17th at 7:00 PM.
Cost: $12.00
