Opera Theatre Institute - Gala Celebration of the Arts June 12, 2010

Come and enjoy the 11th Anniversary Gala Celebration of the Arts! The celebration includes a variety of fine performances in music, dance, and drama. A reception will follow.

Join the faculty and students of the Johanna Meier Opera Theatre Institute at this opening gala in celebration of the arts. The evening will include excerpts from “The King & I,” as well as, dance, theatre and literature selections. Gala or semiformal dress appreciated. A reception will be held after the performance. This event is part of the 11th Annual Johanna Meier Opera Theatre Institute, a two-week workshop for advanced singers from across the United States. The workshop culminates in performances of opera scenes, staged and coached by directors from major national opera companies.

An admission charge of $10.00 for adults, and $7.00 for children is charged.
