!Perspectivos Populares' focuses on four 20th-century artists whose work, in varying degrees, occupies positions between these two genres. All draw from their communities in terms of daily stimulae, but, on the other hand, all manifest unique artistic responses to their individual environments.

I've currently set the venue as Restaurant LuLu, because other geeks dinners used it, however, I'm open to other suggestions.

What about doing it at Sauce in Hayes Valley -- a restaurant that I helped open. The monthy SF Podcast Meetups are there and Yahoo has hosted blogger events there as well. Great space in the back for larger groups, wifi, and the food is awesome! 131 Gough St...

Yes. Unfortunate timing on my behalf. I'll only be in SF that weekend, before I fly back to Australia.

It aint often I get to attend a geek dinner in SF.
