Plone, one of the leading Open Source content management systems, (http://plone.org) is turning a lot of heads these days with its incredible ease-of-use, powerful extensibility, and extensive international developer community. There's a strong (and growing!) demand for Plone implementors in the Northwest in the non-profit consulting realm and well beyond.

We are inviting anyone who is interested in sharing, discussing, and learning about Plone to the first Portland-based Plone Users Group meeting. We hope this initial meeting will kick start a group that meets monthly to help new developers and consultants get started, to facilitate the transfer of knowledge among veterans, and to encourage networking and collaboration. Most importantly, this first meeting will include snacks!
