Lalit Kala Akademi, Chennai is showcasing masterpiece paintings of Pratiksha Apurv, niece & disciple of great visionary OSHO. Pratiksha will showcase some glimpse of cosmic and earthly fusion along with Buddhism and Vaishnav philosophy of love In Chennai.
She has always encouraged thought provoking subjects in her paintings, which discover hidden dimension of culture, Spirituality and mediation in unconventional way.
Her paintings of cosmic fusion series are one of the best realistic portrayals on the state of being in our world as illusions of life and expectation of instant gratification have clouded the human awareness. In her recent exhibition at Karnataka Chitrakala Parishat from 11th Dec 2008 to 17th Dec 2008,Pratiksha unveiled her cosmic fusion series. The exhibition with huge applaud by who’s who of Bangalore was Inaugurated by Sri Suresh Kumar .S. (Hon’ble Minister for urban development and Law minister, govt. of Karnataka). “ These paintings will strongly put the message across and these are not just mere product of imagination but creation of deep Sadhana-Meditation.” Sri.Suresh Kumar Said.
In her past solo exhibition in AIFACS Delhi on 1st Feb. 2007, Pratiksha won many rave reviews from art connoisseurs and art critics. Former Prime Minister Shri. Atal Bihari Vajapayee was engrossed to see her work. “Pratiksha’s paintings compel one to think and offer a different vision,” said Vajpayee while inaugurating exhibition. Shri. Vajpayee congratulated Pratiksha for painting Spiritual Journey of meditator on the canvas.
“Pratiksha, I would like to bow to you (Mai Tumhe Pranam Karna Chahta hu). I was not aware of your talent and did not know of the quantum of work that you have created. Your creations are thought provoking. Please continue your search (Sadhna).” He added.
In one of her past exhibition in March 2008 at Lalit Kala Academy, New Delhi, Pratiksha launched her Upanishad Collections. Former national security advisor Shri Brajesh Mishra inaugurated the show.
Sh.Mishra said,” Pratiksha is depicting the life philosophy on the canvas and challenging the world to understand it.”

In her Second series of Spiritual Odyssey exhibition at NCPA mumbai in Sep.2007, Pratiksha painted the Osho’s wisdom on Canvas, which won wide accolades by art connoisseurs. Smt. Nita Ambani, President, Dhiru Bhai Ambani foundation, who inaugurated the exhibition, was all praise for Pratiksha, who, she said, is multi-talented. “ I feel honored to be here. All your paintings have spiritual fragrance and you seem to be surrounded by spirituality yourself.” She said to Pratiksha.
