Prenatal workshop: 9:00 Am-1: Pm for to be moms and expecting couples-
The workshop includes morning yoga session by transfigure, guest speakers (Doctors) speaking on various issues related to child birth, fun activities for couples and interactive sessions.

Parenting Workshop: 3:00 Pm- 6:00 Pm for mom with kids of age group 0-3 years-
The workshop includes stress releasing sessions for moms,guest speakers (Doctors) speaking on various issues related to able parenting , fun activities for couples and their kids.
