PRENATAL AND PARENTING

A workshop on wide array of childbirth and parenting for expecting parents/ pregnant women and for couples with kids.

Date: 17th MARCH 2013,

Prenatal workshop for to be moms or expecting couples: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Parenting workshop for couples with kids : 3:00pm - 6:00 pm



OBJECTIVES :

To promote and reinforce awareness and understaning of the issues involved in raising sensitive issues with pregnant women.
To provide an opportunity to develop local awareness and solutions to overcome various raising and birth issues.
To complement and facilitate good practice for practitioners working with such issues.

AIM / GOALS :

• To educate expecting couples / women with information about healthy pregnancy.
• Preparation for the baby and able parenting .
• Opportunity to meet other expecting couples / moms.
• To meet practitioners from varied fields of works who helps in such related issues.

HIGHLIGHTS : Prenatal workshop: 9:00am-1:00pm

Morning YOGA:

The practice of yoga can help you prepare your mind and body for labor and birth as this helps you focus.

Balanced BREAKFAST:

During pregnancy, it is important to consume a variety of foods at each meal to get all of the nutrients .

Guest SPEAKERS:

Speakers from varied fields of work like doctors, psychiatrist etc speaking on various child birth issues.

Q & A Sessions:

Question and answer sessions to resolve the various issues related to child birth and parenting helps in focusing.

PRODUCTS:

Marketing platform for such products and also a chance for the parents to know about these products

Couple INTERACTION:

Such interaction develops a communal get together for the couples and will help them know each other better

PRODUCT EXPO:

A shopping destination for the moms where one can get all the products related to baby care, health care, apparels, beauty product & fun product for kids

CHILDREN PLAY AREA:
