Prepared Childbirth Classes January 7, 2010

Prenatal education is important for all expecting parents who plan to be active participants in the birth of their baby. Nutrition, exercise, labor and delivery are discussed in our prenatal education classes. We also cover issues including anesthesia, breastfeeding and newborn care.We recommend that you register for these classes no later than your sixth or seventh month of pregnancy.
