Preschool Storytime April 29, 2010

This class is designed for children ages 3 and up, to promote the skills needed to enjoy a story time and be a great listener. We will sing songs with fingerplays that are familiar to the children, so they can participate in the activity. When a story is read, questions are asked for the children to respond to, which promotes active listening. We will have a craft activity for the child to complete with parental assistance, that is age appropriate and related to the weekly theme. Caregivers do not need to be present during storytime, however, please do not leave the library and return to the storytime room to help with the craft after the first half hour.Ages: Ages 3 & Up
