Project Homeless Connect December 5, 2007

PHC is a one-day concentrated effort to assist the Citys chronically unhoused residents on the road to permanent housing and self-sufficiency by connecting them to a range of medical, housing and legal information and other services.

Many volunteers are needed to make Project Homeless Connect a success. You can volunteer part or all of the day. We need people for the following roles:
Street outreach to consumers
Intake and assessment
Greeters and escorts
Child care
Data collection and evaluation
