Project Management Workshop scheduled on will help in building knowledge and skills for leading and directing project and delivering project results within various organizational constraints.

The focus of the workshop is on PMP Certification Exam and real life skills required for project managers to handle day to day challenges of project management and deal with complex projects. The program is based on PMBOK 4th Edition. Every module is reviewed by situational questions and discussions which not only help understanding how questions come in the exam but also provide a platform to discuss real life situation and relate the learning with experience.
