PurpleStride 2009, Benefit Walk/Silent Auction for Pancreatic Cancer Action Network September 13, 2009

Please join the Portland Affiliate of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network for our third annual PurpleStride Portland. All proceeds from this family-friendly walk benefit the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network and their work to cure pancreatic cancer and help patients and families impacted by this cancer.

This is a beautiful, scenic 2.5-mile trail walk. A gorgeous way to spend a Sunday with the entire family, PurpleStride Portland will also include a separate 1.5-mile trail for those with strollers. Bring the dogs, too (must be on a leash) - there's a dog park on site!

Adults can register online for $25, and kids 12 and under can register for $15. Event-day registration is $35 for adults and $25 for kids. Pancreatic cancer survivors and children 3 and under can attend for free!

The event will also include a silent auction this year, where you can bid on fantastic items such as jewelry, watercolor art, an Oregon Zoo outing, sports outings, grooming packages for your pooch, and much more! Support our silent auction and help us support pancreatic cancer research!

All participants are guaranteed an event T-shirt (all participants who register online are guaranteed to get their preferred size).
