Qigong Relaxation & Healing Class 8:30AM - 10AM
Practice Qigong, Dao Yin Tai-Chi Kung, Tong Ren and meditation training to improve and support your health. Students will learn the basic training in Qigong, acupressure, Tong Ren, relaxation and stress reducing meditation. *Dress in loose relaxed clothing or sweats. Bring a yoga mat or something to sit on the floor.
