What: 4k run/walk and picnic to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City, the country’s premiere youth mentoring organization. Following the Race, all participants are invited to a picnic featuring the Nickelodeon Slime Across America Truck. Also in attendance will be Nick characters and fun field day games provided by the Alliance for a Healthier Generation.

Where: Riverside Park at 72nd Street in Manhattan
Why: Race for the Kids, sponsored by RBC – part of Nickelodeon’s Worldwide Day of Play is a day that celebrates the Power of Mentoring and the importance of health, exercise, and play, simultaneously raising funds and awareness for Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City. Run or power walk the 4k course or take a leisurely stroll on the 2k shortcut.
Your participation will help Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC reach our goal of providing a mentor to every New York City child who will benefit from the friendship, guidance, and support of a caring adult role-model.
