RAGTIME-the Musical is a sweeping musical drama about America at the turn of the 20th century. With lyrics and music by Ahrens & Flaherty and based on the novel by E.L. Doctrow, this production features a cast of 35 and an orchestra of 26. This moving story follows the lives of Mother & Father in New Rochelle, Tateh and his young daughter who are immigrants on the lower east side of NYC and Coalhouse Walker, Jr. and Sarah and the People of Harlem. The play features well know historical figures such as Henry Ford, JP Morgan, Emma Goldman and Booker T Washington.
