Raven Con 2010 April 9, 2010

Science Fiction returns to the Richmond Area with Raven Con 2010, a weekend celebrating the genres of Science Fiction, Fantasy, and Horror. It will take place on April 9-11, 2010, at the Holiday Inn Select Koger Center on Midlothian Turnpike. This year, the Author Guest of Honor will be Rachel Caine, author of the popular Weather Warden series, the Morganville Vampire Series, and the Outcast Season series. Her husband, R. Cat Conrad, will be the Artist Guest of Honor.
In 2010, Raven Con grows again, moving to a new hotel with fifty percent more function space. Convention attendees are invited to join the guests for panel discussions, workshops, games and filking (genre-related music) that only happens at Raven Con. An Anime room will be added this year.
Registration for Adults (18 & up) is $40 at the door. Children 11 & under are free. There is a 10 % discount with valid military or student ID.
