Reboot to Team 2.0 (before McCarthy BootCamp) February 24, 2008

We have a teamwork laboratory where we run team project simulations called BootCamps. Hundreds of teams have participated in these simulations with us over the last 11 years. We continue to collect and codify the *best practices* for creating high-performance teams in a state of shared vision from what we observe at these BootCamps. Those who have attended a BootCamp and those who have adopted the best practices of BootCamp consider themselves *booted*. We share our results in books we have authored, speeches and our podcast, The McCarthy Show.
