Red White & Wine Gala May 14, 2011

Join Tuscany Rustic Italian Bistro and various Prosser wineries for an evening of great food, fine wine, and live music. MENU:
• Shrimp Shooters with an apple horseradish cocktail sauce.
• Prosciutto wrapped greens.
• Puff pastry topped with assorted peppers and goat cheese.
• Grilled eggplant and heirloom tomato with smoked gouda.
• Herbed gnocci topped with veal in a tomato based sauce.
• Half pears poached in a dessert wine topped with a creme anglais, caramel sauce and candied pecans.
• Palate cleanser of lemon gelato.

Each course will be paired with wine from a different Prosser winery. Proceeds benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Prosser.

TIME: 6:30pm for VIP ticket holders & 7pm for general ticket holders.
LOCATION: Airfield Estates, Prosser

GENERAL TICKETS: $60.
VIP TICKETS: $75 (includes appetizers & wine prior to the meal).
GENERAL TABLE: $425 (seats 8).
VIP TABLE: $675 (seats 10 and includes appetizers & wine prior to the meal).
