Relationship Education 101 for Expectant Moms October 3, 2009

Relationship Education 101 for Expectants, a free workshop presented by You&Me.We, a federally funded program of Family Resources, Inc., will be offered Saturday, October 3, from 9 am until 5 pm at Morton Plant Mease Countryside Hospital at 3231 N. McMullen Booth Rd., Clearwater, FL 33761. The eight hour workshop includes a free lunch and snacks. Participants who complete the relationship education workshop will receive a $50 Publix or gas gift card.

The workshop will help participants to —
● Focus on their emotional health so they can build a healthy relationship with their partner and child
● Learn communication skills that will enhance their couple and parent / child relationships
● Learn how to create a more positive environment at home
