Resource Fair - In the Company of Kids - Jill Kuzma January 9, 2011

In the Company of Kids Creative Arts Center will be hosting a Resource Fair on Sunday, Jan. 9th from 12-3pm.

Speaker Jill Kuzma will be presenting "Emotionally Equipped & Socially Savvy". Social and emotional deficits impact many students ability to be successful in the classroom. Jill is widely known for her energetic presentation style and for providing hands-on teaching ideas that are user-friendly and immediately applicable in the classroom and at home. The material is appropriate for all individuals on the spectrum but is geared toward those with Asperger Syndrome, PDD-NOS or "high functioning" autism in kindergarten through eighth grade. Jill is Autism Consultant for In the Company of Kids and has been instrumental in the development of our ASD Theater Programs.

We will also have other service providers at the Center, such as, Courage Center, Baby Talk, My Autism books.com, Finish Line Chiropractic, Therapy for Me etc.
