Rick Embach studied under legendary West Coast Vibist Charlie Shoemake in Los Angeles and stayed on to eventually work with Clare Fischer, Lanny Morgan, Vinnie Colaiutta and Richard Elliot. In Chicago, years of collaboration with Hefty Records Owner, John Hughes have included alternative music projects involving Orbert Davis and Nicole Mitchell and a film score (Scarlett Diva). His Vibes can be heard on ads for Kelloggs, Bud Light, Lands End and his original music has been aired on The Playboy Channel.
