If you're in the Bay area, it's definitely worth your time to attend.
Kevin gave this talk at a conference in Banff last year and I'm sure it's only better after a year of additional insights gained from using this design tool.
The techniques Kevin talks about are applicable beyond the Web to other types of product design, too.
