Get a little dirt on your boots, a smile on your face and some outstanding pictures at one of the most photogenic rodeos anywhere with Canon Educator Jim Dicecco and Cal Ellis of Canon USA. Meet up at F-11 Photographic Supplies at 3 p.m. for tips on how to set up your Canon camera to get great rodeo shots, a primer on action techniques and watch a fun and inspiring slide show of rodeo images to get you in the mood. Then head out to Wilsall where the class reconvenes at 6 p.m. for a genuine rodeo burger before the shoot.

The registration fee includes the lecture, admission to the event, eats, and access to a winning assortment of Canon cameras and lenses. F-11 staff will be on hand to help with questions and get you to the best shooting spots. Jim and Cal will critique images on the web, so upload your best shot to our site to share with other participants and a chance to win one of three gift certificates worth up to $150 from F-11 Photographic Supplies. Group size is limited for this event and pre-registration is required, so don’t wait to sign on.

Check out Canon EOS Discovery Day as well, where Jim will give a step by step demonstration of Canon’s software and a presentation of inspiring images to help you get the most out of your Canon camera. Also sponsored by F-11 Photographic Supplies, the class meets from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, Saturday, June 19th in the Hagar Auditorium at the Museum of the Rockies. Enrollment is $49.95 and pre-registration is required.
