Roots & Shoots December 20, 2009

Jane Goodall founded Roots & Shoots in 1991 as a service organization promoting goodwill toward the environment, animals and the human community. Each meeting will involve a stand-alone activity and discussion. Our chapter works within the zoo on projects like builing a butterfly garden, making animal enrichment and picking up trash. We'll also learn about ways we can help animals and the environment at home. Together, we can make a difference, so come ready to work and have a good time.
