This traditional fairytale tells the story of a town miller who convinces his king that his daughter can spin straw into gold. When the miller's daughter cannot live up to her father's claims, a mischievous character comes to her rescue. He can spin the straw to gold, in return for her first child. The only way the miller's daughter can save her family is to guess the little man's name.
