Register and Attent - Street Self - Defense Seminar

Taught by Mr. Vadim Starov – Capitan Russian Military SpetsNaz – president, founder & Chief Instructor of the International Training Center “Russian Style” Hand to Hand Combat.

Seminar schedule

Day 1 – Friday, October 5-th. Time: 6 p.m. - 9 p.m.
Basics / Movement in any direction / Acrobatics / Blocks and Strikes

Day 2 – Saturday, October 6-th. Time: 12 noon – 6 p.m.
Defense against punches, grabs and chokes / Kicks / Primary targets (knock out, pressure points, nerve attacks)

Day 3 – Sunday, October 7-th. Time: 12 noon – 6 p.m.
Defense against a club, stick etc. / Defense against a knife / Defense against a gun / Use any object as a weapon.
