"Saving the Spotlight" Concert starring Deejay Young & J'Nelle August 15, 2009

This event features local independent Artist, Deejay Young and supports his effort to Save the Music. Inspired by reading many webpages and news articles, stating that the government is cutting budgets and funding for Music & Arts Programs in schools across the U.S., Young has decided to not only showcase himself, but other talents across the Bay Area. The show will include all forms of Music and Art. Proceeds from the show will go to the Grammy Foundation, which gives money and support to schools with low funding for the Arts. Special guests performances by F.A.M. and J'Nelle. This night will be an essential night for everyone, and a shear treat for young and old. The event will be a night to remember, and a good cause to join.
