Engage in an afternoon of scarecrow design and construction to help us spruce up the farm for fall. Imagine your delight when you revisit the farm and see your scarecrow on display! Visit with a flying creature and find out how farmers really "scare crows". Old clothing, accessories, pillowcases, etc. are welcomed. Bring some extra if you would like to make one to take home. - - Maximum of three children per adult. Not appropriate for strollers or backpack babies. Per person fee applies to each participant, both children and adults. - - Things You Should Know: - - Drumlin Farm Wildlife Sanctuary is a dynamic environment. Occasionally we may make programmatic changes to take advantage of new opportunities or to maintain the safety of the visitors and the animals we care for. - - Children should be the age indicated by the start of each program. - - On the first day of each program, please check in at the Admissions Window, except where noted. - - .Programs include time indoors as well as outside, and will run rain or shine; please come dressed comfortably for our outdoor adventures! - - In programs in which there is a food to farm connection, snacks from the farm may be incorporated into the program.
