Demonstrations will be by some of the Eastern Shore's most talented chefs. They will create, before your eyes, delectable delights exemplifying the regions wonderful variety native seafood.

Our first class in this series: Ms. Bonnie Aronson, a certified executive chef and a member of the American Culinary Federation for 20 years, was the 1997 Delmarva Chef of the Year. She will prepare seared yellow fin tuna steaks, with a tropical salsa and Coconut flavored rice dish. Learn how an exotic sounding seafood dish becomes a joy to prepare.
