Seafood Cooking Demonstration Series February 13, 2008

Demonstrations will be by some of the Eastern Shore's most talented chefs. They will create, before your eyes, delectable delights exemplifying the region's wonderful variety of native seafood.

Mr. Brian Julian, a certified executive chef and part owner of Waterman's Restaurant in Crisfield, is a graduate of Johnson and Wales culinary school and has been cooking professionally for over 25 years. He will present an oyster rockafeller dish along with prosciutto-wrapped pan seared rockfish fillets. Come learn how local seafood is served with a twist of the elegant.
