Season Kickoff Gala: MYSTIQUE October 13, 2012

Venture into the mystique and expect only the unexpected with Ballet Fantastique in our official 2012-2013 season kickoff gala: MYSTIQUE. Live music, re-imagined gourmet carnival food created on site by kNio Personal Chefs, bubbly, exclusive preview performances by the dancers (Cirque de la Lune), and surprising guests. It all supports another season filled with entirely all-original art in our city by Ballet Fantastique. (Location released to ticket holders only)
kNio's specially-created menu for the night includes:
• Hot pretzels with béchamel dipping sauce
• Pulled pork sliders topped with cilantro lime slaw and Myers 109 BBQ sauce
• Kettle corn and a cajun-spiced popped corns
• Bite-sized andoullie sausage pigs-in-blanket wrapped in flaky puff pastry, with New Orleans remoulade
• Bite-sized apples dipped in butterscotch and peanut crumbles, and chocolate and shaved coconut
